Writers on Tall And True

Gavan Jacob

I completely failed English when I was at school. I started writing around 2004, beginning with the Travelogue I've shared on Tall And True.

I went to India on a work assignment, and on the way back, I wrote an observational piece about my experience flying on Air India.

I write these days in spatterings, which are mostly observational. I mostly write nonfiction with a heavy leaning on poetic licence.

I meandered through "Business Class" with its seats upholstered with something reminiscent of Jim Morrison's wardrobe when he'd had one too many, to my place in "Cattle Class".
